A utility room converted into a fully functional bathroom for a Woking homeowner, a project that required serious groundwork before the fit-out could even begin. Extensive chasing was carried out to run traditional copper pipework through the concrete floor, a demanding job that ensured all plumbing was completely concealed for a clean, finished result. From there, the room was fully plastered, decorated and tiled throughout, with new spotlights and an extractor fan ducted externally through the soffit.
A custom niche with a tiled shelf was built into the shower area for practical storage, and a Kinedo cut-down tray was used to make the most of the available space.
All electrical work was certified to current regulations, and the full conversion was completed in just 10 days, start to finish. Rubbish clearance included as standard, all backed by our 2-year workmanship guarantee.
