Our service
Electrical work is a critical part of any bathroom renovation, and it’s not something that should be left to chance. Bathrooms are classified as special locations under electrical regulations due to the proximity of water and electricity, and all work must comply with Part P of the Building Regulations.
We coordinate and manage all electrical work for your bathroom project, ensuring everything is completed safely, professionally and in full compliance with current regulations. There’s no need for you to find and manage a separate electrician: it’s all handled under one roof.

Good to know
Can’t see your question here? Give us a call or send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.
Yes. Recessed downlights are one of the most popular choices for bathroom lighting. They need to be IP-rated for the zone they’re installed in, and we’ll specify the correct fittings for your layout.
Building regulations require adequate ventilation in bathrooms. If your bathroom doesn’t have an openable window, a mechanical extractor fan is required. Even with a window, a fan helps prevent condensation and mould, so we’d recommend one in most cases.
